June Trim Healthy Mama Menu

I try to put together a trim healthy mama menu every month. I make sure that they are all special ingredient free, NSI, so even new people to THM can follow the menu. I try to make sure that I rotate protein sources so you don’t get burned out on chicken or beef. I also make sure to include e meals as well. If one, or more, of these recipes isn’t something that your family would like, swap it out with one that your family would rather have. I only included one shrimp and one salmon recipe this month. My hubby will eat these recipes but doesn’t like salmon filets.

I really want to encourage fellow thmers on their healthy living journey. I know this plan can be a little overwhelming, especially in the beginning. My goal is to help other women change their lives as much as I can help.

Some of these recipes call for special equipment, i.e. air fryer, instant pot. If you don’t have those, you can use your oven or stove top to cook those recipes. If you have questions, feel free to contact me.

Underneath the links to the recipes is a printable PDF with all of the recipes in a monthly format that you can print and stick on your fridge. I don’t have anything on the weekends because we often have leftovers one day and eat out on Sundays. I hope this helps you on your trim healthy mama journey.

  • This is so helpful-thank you. As you create the monthly menu, would you be able to note in which book/page the recipe can be found?

I am so glad this is helpful. When I made the first monthly menu that I shared I did use recipes from some of the cookbooks. I received some feedback about everyone not having the all of the books, so now I make the menus with recipes all online. Now anyone can follow along. I did use a few recipes that are THM recipes that are in cookbooks but I found them online. Did that help? Thanks for checking out the menu.

Just WOW! I am beyond thrilled to have just found your blog (through a fb link). I have been working for 2 days to get a meal plan for myself that I can do easily as I just started a new job for the first time in 20+ years and I just don’t have that much energy or brain capacity! Lol. Most of what I find often contains ingredients that my family doesn’t prefer or they are so time consuming that I don’t want to attempt them. Your meals all look similar to things my family loves. I have a plan for myself for Breakfast, Lunch, and Snacks. But I was struggling with Dinners that the whole family will eat. I just printed off your first 6 meals and will be shopping tomorrow for the week. Thanks again for your hard work to pull this together. Believe me, I know how much work it is to compile a menu plan!! 🙂

I am so glad that these recipes look like ones your family will eat. I try really hard to come up with recipes that my family will eat and hopefully other people will like as well. I really appreciate the time you took to share all of this. That means a lot to me!!

  • Thank you so much for preparing the monthly menu and making the recipes so easy to print. You’ve really made it easy to prepare good healthful meals for me and my family.

BTW, we have an Overstreet family here in Washington so when I first saw your post on FB I was reading Jessica not Jennifer and thinking of the family here. 🙂

I am so happy this was helpful!! Overstreet isn’t a common last name. My hubby’s family is the only set of Oversteets I know of.

Thank you for the inspiration. I seem to be making the same dishes over and over. My family is going to appreciate some of your ideas being added in.

This is nice, but if I made something different every night I’d have left overs to do this 2 mths in a row. But don’t have that much freezer space.

I am so happy you like this. If I were you, I would either cut the recipes in half and have some leftovers or freeze what you can’t eat before it goes bad. I feed a family of 5, 3 of which are teenagers so I need lots of food to feed them. 🙂
