Crazy Good Low Carb Cheeseburger Bites

These low carb, trim healthy mama s cheeseburger bites are so good!

If you need something different, quick, and family friendly these mini meatloaves are perfect. My family loved these!! They are so easy to make and perfect for busy days. I also prepped these as part of my meal prep. I prep 5 dinners at one time, usually no cooking or chopping. It’s super easy and helps us stay out of the drive-thru.

This recipe uses typical ingredients in low carb or thm kitchens.

This recipe uses basic ingredients but tastes so good! You could definitely add bacon to make bacon cheeseburger bites. I didn’t have any in my house when I made these, otherwise I would have. Top with whatever your family likes. We used dill pickle relish, mustard, and sugar-free ketchup. Sugar-free Chik-fila sauce, bbq sauce, blue cheese dressing, or even guacamole would be great! We kept it simple but I am thinking next time we will change it up.

I baked these in silicone muffin pans.

You can bake these in mini-muffin pans. Those would be great for appetizers. And then served with a dip! You could make this in a loaf pan for a cheeseburger meatloaf. Another idea is to line your loaf pan with bacon, fill with your meat mixture and then lay the bacon on top. That would be a bacon wrapped cheeseburger meatloaf! Watch for that version soon. Yum!! I served ours with salad and cheesy mashed veggies. Add this to your menu soon.

Low Carb, THM S Mini Cheeseburger Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Ground Beef
  • 1/4 C Almond Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 T Sugar free ketchup
  • 2 t Mustard
  • 2/3 C Shredded cheese
  • 1/4 C Diced onion

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350. Combine everything in a bowl. I used my hands.
  • Scoop into desired pan(s). Bake until cooked through. It will depend on the size of your pans.
  • When cooked through, allow to cool in pan for a few minutes. They will be too soft to remove right out of the oven.
  • Serve with desired toppings and sides.
