Crocktober Trim Healthy Mama Menu

I don’t know who invented crocktober, but I love it!

I love using my crockpot as a busy trim healthy mama. I love putting ingredients in a crock and letting it cook for hours. On busy days, it is so nice knowing that dinner is cooking away and will be ready when it is time to eat. On sports days, no need to stop at a drive-thru, dinner is ready at home. Those days are the days you want a complete meal in your corckpot. A roast, soup, casserole, etc.

A crockpot is my favorite tool in my kitchen.

Some of the recipes are dump and go, some need the meat shredded, some might need a little work, but every recipe is easy! We are all so busy and need easy recipes in our lives. If you want to follow a crocktober trim healthy mama menu, look no further, I have created one for you. If you aren’t a fan of one, swap with another one. I also don’t have anything planned for the weekends. Eat leftovers, go out to eat, try a new recipe…
