Low Carb Parmesan Pork Chops

This is one of those recipes that are so easy that they might become a repeat on your menu every month. The night I made this, there were no leftovers and everyone loved it. I made this ahead in my weekly meal prep but they come together so fast, you can make these at the last minute.

I try to mix up my meats and flavors throughout the week and these trim healthy mama S pork chops are a perfect addition to your weekly menu. They bake in the oven so why not bake a side at the same time? I made a cheesy broccoli casserole to go with this meal. A side salad and dinner was ready in no time. If you try it, let me know what you think.

Great flavor! So simple and quick! I’ll definitely make it again. Next time I’ll cut the time at 350° down. Then I’ll be able to put it under the broiler to crisp for longer than just a few min without having to worry about overcooking it. My husband was questioning if the meat was fully cooked because it wasn’t browned to his liking. I reassured him that I’d checked with a meat thermometer but I know he’d like it better if it looked darker.

Delicious dinner on the THM plan. I baked mine for 30 minutes and put these in the broiler for 5 minutes. Very easy. Had a side of brussel sprouts and stewed tomatoes. Thank you for the recipe! It’s a keeper😊
