Hi. My name is Jennifer, I am 45 years old and a mother to 5. I am a certified trim healthy mama coach and I have been following the thm eating plan for more than 6 years.. Join me for 21 days where we create habits that will establish a strong foundation, break bad habits and create new healthy ones. I know what it’s like to cheat, to tell myself this doughnut isn’t a big deal, this blizzard is fine. But those things start to add up. Yes we need to give ourselves grace, but here or there cheats can turn into daily ones. I know, I have been there.

Join me on this 21 day journey and we will take control of our own health. I have asked this to clients before, if we don’t take care of our health, who will? We are in the driver’s seat of our health, we are in control.

If you join me, I will have printables to help you keep track of you meals, a habit tracker and menus. How this will work: The actual coaching is starting October 5th and will go through October 25th. I will start adding things to the group, getting menus in the files and the printables the weekend before so you can get ready prepping for the start on Monday the 5th. There will be daily accountability threads, encouragement, I will answer your questions, and anything else that comes up. 😊

This group coaching is for anyone who has a general understanding of the plan. If you are a beginner but understand basically how the plan works, you are more than welcome to join! This will definitely help you. If you are a veteran and need some encouragement or a shot in the arm, this group is for you. If you are a newbie and need a little more help and tips, I have a beginner group starting the following week. That group will basically baby step you into the plan, questions answered, recipes for every fuel and meal, plus more. Click here for more information.

    I have been following THM off and on for about 18 months. In mid-June I had a check-up at the doctors and decided I needed to get serious about THM. When I got home from that visit, I went to Jennifer’s site to get a recipe and saw her 21 day no cheat challenge for July and figured it was perfect timing, so I signed up. Jennifer kept things pretty simple but also gave encouragement and answered questions. It was nice to be in a small group to share struggles and successes, receiving encouragement from both Jennifer and other members of the group. I have to admit I did ‘cheat’ during the no cheat challenge – but it was always just one meal or more often one item in a meal. I think the challenge group really helped me not to totally derail. This might not sound like a big deal but over the last month I have had an extremely stressful deadline for work, my husband’s birthday, family stress – life! To look back and realize I only ate off plan about 6 times over the last 30 days is amazing! Maybe I would have done just as well without the group – and maybe I could win the lottery if I bought a ticket. I decided not to bet on the lottery and signed up for a month of group coaching with Jennifer instead – figuring I will get a whole lot more out of it 🙂 Thanks Jennifer.

    I have been following the Trim Healthy Mama lifestyle for 6 years. And yet, I have never been anle to reach my goal weight. This past year was fill of new and very challenging things in my life, and I was ready to quit completely. I had looking into coaching before, but the cost was always prohibitive for me. Quarantine had pretty much destroyed any last shred of THM left in me, and my clothes were getting tight and my body feeling so unhealthy. On a whim, I looked at the coaches directory on the THM app and saw that Jennifer was going to do a 21 day no cheat challenge, and it was in my price range. She was very encouraging and has got me enjoying THM again. For me it has been all about the accountabilty, and I can’t wait for the monthly group coaching to start. Thank you, Jennifer, for doing what is in your heart to help others.
