Cook the cauliflower rice in the microwave.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 tsp of the olive oil and the eggs. Over medium heat, gently scramble the eggs. Remove from pan when done.
Add another tsp of the olive oil to the skillet Add garlic and the shredded carrot. Cook for a few minutes.
Add the cauliflower rice. Stir and cook for at least 10 minutes. I added a little water when the skillet was dry so the rice didn't burn.
Add the sesame oil to the skillet. Stir to combine. Add the green onions.
Add the ginger, peas, and Bragg's. Stir to combine.
Taste and add salt and pepper. Add more Bragg's if you think it needs more.
Serve hot.
