Season you pork chops with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the 1 tablespoon of the ranch seasoning over the pork chops.
In a skillet big enough to fit your pork chops, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add your pork chops to the skillet.
Cook for 4-6 minutes on both sides.
Check the internal temperature of the pork chops. You want them to be almost completely cooked through, but not all the way. Remove from the heat. Add the cream cheese and minced garlic.
Stir and allow to melt a little and then add your liquid of choice.
Whisk in the 1 teaspoon of ranch seasoning. Whisk until smooth.
When melted and smooth, add the pork chops back to the skillet. Allow to cook for a minute and flip them over.
Cook for another minute, or until done.
Serve with some of the sauce on top.
