Crockpot Balsamic Pork Loin Filet

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Lb Pork Loin Filet
  • 3/4 t Salt
  • 3/4 t Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 t Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 t Onion Powder
  • 1/4 t Black Pepper
  • 1/2 t Dried Parsley
  • 1 T Olive Oil

Balsamic Mixture

  • 2 T Olive Oil
  • 1 T Minced Garlic
  • 2 T Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 t Dried Parsley

Instructions

  • Mix dry mixture. Rub over the entire pork loin.
  • In a skillet add 1 tablespoon of the olive and brown the pork loin on all sides.
  • Place your pork loin in your base. Add your balsamic ingredients to a small jar, like a jelly jar. Shake the contents.
  • Pour the jar over the loin.
  • Cook on low for 3-4 hours or high 2 hours.
  • Remove from your crockpot and allow to rest for about 5-10 minutes. Carefully slice.
  • Serve warm with desired sides.
