Mix dry mixture. Rub over the entire pork loin.
In a skillet add 1 tablespoon of the olive and brown the pork loin on all sides.
Place your pork loin in your base. Add your balsamic ingredients to a small jar, like a jelly jar. Shake the contents.
Pour the jar over the loin.
Cook on low for 3-4 hours or high 2 hours.
Remove from your crockpot and allow to rest for about 5-10 minutes. Carefully slice.
Serve warm with desired sides.
