Preheat oven to 350. In a large pot, bring water to a boil to cook the pasta. In a large skillet over medium heat, add meat, onion, garlic, and seasonings.
Cook until cooked through.
In a medium to large bowl combine cream cheese, ricotta cheese, and sour cream.
Once mixed together, add the shredded mozzarella.
Once pasta is cooked to your liking, drain. Toss with a few tablespoons of olive oil. And then 1 cup of the marinara. In a 9x13 pan add 1/2 of pasta.
Top with all of the cheese mixture.
Spread out over the top of the noodles.
Top with the rest of the noodles.
In your skillet with the ground meat, add the rest of the marinara sauce and the can of petite diced tomatoes. Stir. Pour on top of the noodles. Sprinkle with the remaining cheeses and parsley.
Serve hot with a salad, if desired.
