Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole- Low Carb/Trim Healthy Mama S

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2-2 Lb Cooked Chicken- You can use white or dark meat, or a combo. Season with a little salt, pepper, and garlic powder
  • 2 Pk Dry Ranch Seasoning- I just look on the container and measure out two packages worth
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened You can use reduced fat
  • 16 oz Sour Cream You can use non-fat Greek yogurt for some of the sour cream
  • 12 oz Bag of Frozen Spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 t Salt
  • 1/2 t Black Pepper
  • 2.5 oz Package of Real Bacon Pieces You can cook your own if you want

Instructions

  • In a 9x13 pan place your cooked chicken.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning.
  • Scrape the sides and the spinach. Mix together.
  • This is what it should look like.
  • Spread on top of the chicken.
  • Sprinkle the top with the bacon pieces. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot.
  • Serve with desired sides.
