Get your skillet ready. Heat it over medium to medium high heat. Mix all of your seasonings together.
Season your chicken breasts top and bottom. Using your fat of choice, place 2 tablespoons into the hot skillet. Place your chicken breasts into the skillet. Allow to sear for a couple minutes.
Flip and allow the other side to sear. Add more fat if needed.
Once seared remove the chicken and add the butter.
Add the veggies of choice and add more of your seasoning to the veggies. Cook for a couple minutes.
Place chicken on top. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. One of the chicken breasts was a little smaller so I pulled it off about 5 minutes before the timer went off.
Serve with desired sides.
