Low Carb Parmesan Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 5-6 Pork Chops
  • 3 T Butter melted
  • 1/4 C Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1/2 t Black Pepper
  • 1 t Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 t Onion Powder
  • 1 1/2 t Dried Parsley

Instructions

  • Turn oven to 350 degrees. Prep your pan with parchment paper or foil if desired.
  • Brush one side of the pork chops with the melted butter. Combine all of the seasonings in a small bowl. Sprinkle half of the seasoning on the prepared pork chops.
  • Flip pork chops over. Brush this of the pork chops with the rest of the melted butter and sprinkle on the rest of the seasoning.
  • Bake for 20 minutes and check internal temperature. Pork should be between 150-160 degrees. If they are not cooked through enough, put back in the oven for 5 more minutes and check again.
  • Serve hot fresh out of the oven.
