Brown ground meat over medium to medium high heat. Add seasonings and 1 cup of water. When everything is mixed well add to crockpot base.
Add all ingredients except cream cheese and toppings. Add 4-6 cups of broth or water. I know some people like a soup that has more broth. Cook on low for 6-7 hours. Add cream cheese that has been cut into chunks. Stir every 10-15 minutes. If the cream cheese is room temperature it should be finished in an hour.
When cream cheese has melted serve in bowls. Top with desired toppings.
