Trim Healthy Mama FP, S or E Chipotle Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2-4 Chipotle Peppers with some of the sauce
  • 1/2 T Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Med Onion, diced
  • 2 t Minced Garlic
  • 1 T Oil
  • 1/2 t Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 t Onion Powder
  • 1/2 t Chili Powder
  • 1/2 t Ground Cumin
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1/2 t Black Pepper

Serve these chipotle chicken breasts with rice and beans for an E meal, serve with lettuce, cheese, sour cream, avocado for an s meal. Make these into tacos. Whatever your heart desires.

  • Lime Juice to top your bowls or tacos the day you eat these.

Instructions

  • Put all of your ingredients, except your chicken breasts, into a baggie or bowl. Mix together. I break the chipotle pepper open. Add the chicken breasts and mix together. If making this the day you prepped it, allow it to marinate for a little while.
  • When ready to eat, cook according to the times I listed above. Cook from frozen or thawed.
  • Serve this as whatever fuel you want/need. These are so flavorful and end up being pretty versatile.
