Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Put parchment paper on a large pan, cookie sheet size. Place your prepared broccoli onto the pan.
Drizzle your desired amount of olive on top. Sprinkle the seasonings you are using on top.
toss to coat.
Roast for 15 minutes. Take out of the oven and flip them over. Roast for another 10-15 minutes, until done.
