Trim Healthy Mama S Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 2 Broccoli Crowns,cut into serving size pieces
  • 1-3 T Olive Oil
  • 2-4 t Minced Garlic
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1/2 t Black Pepper
  • Few Shakes of cayenne, optional
  • Few Shakes of Garlic and Onion Powder

Optional: You can add Parmesan cheese, nutritional yeast, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, anything that goes with your main dish

    Instructions

    • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Put parchment paper on a large pan, cookie sheet size. Place your prepared broccoli onto the pan.
    • Drizzle your desired amount of olive on top. Sprinkle the seasonings you are using on top.
    • toss to coat.
    • Roast for 15 minutes. Take out of the oven and flip them over. Roast for another 10-15 minutes, until done.
