Trim Healthy Mama S Roasted Mushrooms


  • 1 lb Bella Mushrooms, wiped off
  • 1-3 T Olive Oil
  • 1/2 t Salt
  • 1/4 t Black Pepper
  • 2 t Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 t Onion Powder
  • 1/2 t Paprika, I used smoked


  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Line your pan with parchment paper.
  • Quarter your mushrooms and place on your prepared pan.
  • Drizzle desired amount of oil on to the mushrooms. Add the seasonings and toss to coat.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and flip them around. Place back in the oven until they are starting to brown, about 5-7 more minutes.
  • Serve hot.
