Low Carb BBQ Pulled Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 Lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 3 8 oz Cans Tomato Sauce
  • 2 T Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 1 1/2 t Liquid Smoke
  • 2 t Minced Garlic
  • 1 t Mustard Powder
  • 1 T Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 t Smoked Paprika
  • 1 T Dried Minced Onion
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1/2 t Pepper
  • 2 T Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 T Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Put everything into the base of the crockpot and mix.
  • Add the chicken breasts. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • When the chicken is cooked, shred it however you want.
  • Add as much sauce as you want. I leave a little in the base, otherwise it is a little too saucey.
  • Serve with whatever bun options you want.
