Place a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil
Put your chicken in the skillet and sprinkle with the salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
Stir and cook the chicken until it is almost cooked through.
Put your chicken in a 9x13 dish. Add the cream cheese to the skillet with the juices that were left behind. Stir and cook until cream cheese is pretty much melted.
Add the shredded cheese, ranch, and bacon pieces to the skillet. Stir until melted.
Stir and pour in your chicken broth. You don't want this too thick but you don't want to thin it out too much. You goal is a little thinner than gravy.
Pour your sauce over your chicken breast pieces. Sprinkle with the dried parsley.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes, until everything is heated through.
Serve on top of your low carb base of choice.
