Pour a little olive oil in a small skillet that is on medium heat.
Add your diced onion to the skillet. Allow to cook until soft.
Add your minced garlic. Cook for another minute or two.
Add your beaten eggs and cook for a minute or two. Add your seasonings now as well.
Add your beans and stir. When the eggs are cooked through remove from the heat.
Sprinkle with nutritional yeast.
Top with desired toppings.
