In a saucepan, over medium heat, add you unsweetened almond milk and cocoa powder.
Whisk the cocoa powder into the milk. Be patient, it will take a few minutes.
Bring the mixture to a boil and reduce to low. Whisk in your sweetener.
Whisk for 3 minutes. Be careful that it doesn't boil over.
After it has cooked, carefully pour into a container. I used a pint mason jar. Store in the fridge.
