In a bowl add your mango.
Chop your cilantro and add it to the bowl.
Dice your onion and add it to the bowl.
Slice you jalapeno in half, deseed and remove the white membrane. Dice and add to the bowl.
Add your black beans and seasoning to the bowl.
Squeeze the lime juice over the bowl and toss to coat. Store in fridge.
Season your chicken and grill.
Turn your chicken so it doesn't burn.
Cook until your chicken is cooked through but not overcooked.
On a plate add about 1/4 of the black bean salsa. Top with sliced chicken.
