Place your roast in your crockpot. Add you veggies.
Mix the broth and seasonings together.
Pour over the roast and veggies in your crockpot.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours, or high for 4-6 hours. If you are home, you can flip the roast over half way through. This will allow for a more even cooked and tender roast.
Slice and serve with veggies from the crockpot. Add as much or little of the liquid you want.
