Low Carb Fried Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 1 Head of cabbage
  • 1 M-L Onion
  • 3-5 Pcs Bacon, cut into 1/2 in pieces
  • 1 T Apple cider vinegar

Salt and Pepper, to taste

    Instructions

    • Fry your bacon in a large skillet over medium heat.
    • When your bacon is fried, remove from the skillet and place on paper towels.
    • Dice your onion.
    • Add to the hot skillet and cook for a few minutes.
    • Slice your cabbage into small pieces.
    • Add the cabbage to the skillet with the onion.
    • Allow to cook, stirring a little here and there.
    • Season with salt and pepper. Add the vinegar and cooked bacon. Taste and add more salt and pepper as needed.
    • Serve warm.
