Mix everything together except the pork chops.
Pour half of the marinade into a gallon size baggie. Add the pork chops. Squish everything around.
Pour the other half into a small baggie. Store both in the fridge.
Grill the pork chops until fully cooked, approximately 145-160 degrees. Make sure it is fully cooked but not overcooked. Pour the rest of the sauce into a small pot. Cook over medium, to medium high heat until reduced by about half.
Serve pork chops hot with bbq sauce.
