Low Carb, Sweet and Tangy BBQ Pork Chops, THM S

Ingredients

  • 2 T Olive Oil
  • 2 T Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 C Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 1/4 C Bragg's Liquid Aminos or soy sauce
  • 1/4 C Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 C Sugar-free Ketchup
  • 1 t Powdered Ginger
  • 1 t Onion Powder
  • Few Shakes Cayenne
  • 6 Boneless Thick Pork Chops Not thick enough to stuff but not thin

Instructions

  • Mix everything together except the pork chops.
  • Pour half of the marinade into a gallon size baggie. Add the pork chops. Squish everything around.
  • Pour the other half into a small baggie. Store both in the fridge.
  • Grill the pork chops until fully cooked, approximately 145-160 degrees. Make sure it is fully cooked but not overcooked. Pour the rest of the sauce into a small pot. Cook over medium, to medium high heat until reduced by about half.
  • Serve pork chops hot with bbq sauce.
