In one bowl, place the almond flour and seasonings, stir. In one container place the beaten eggs. And finally in a plate place the pork rinds.

Place a piece of the fish in the almond flour and coat.
And then carefully dip into the beaten eggs.
And then carefully coat with the pork rinds. My pork rinds weren't crushed enough but they still worked great.
Do the same procedure with all of your fish sticks. I used a lined baking sheet.
Set air fryer at 380 degrees. Bake fish sticks for 4 minutes, flip and bake another 4 minutes. When they are done, they will flake easily. I picked one up and it broke in half, so I knew they were done. If yours aren't quite done, check every two minutes.
Serve with desired sides and tartar sauce.
