In your crockpot place your chicken breasts. Top with the wing sauce. Add minced garlic. You can either add your cream cheese and parmesan now, or an hour before serving.
Add the heavy cream to the bottle and shake. Pour on top.
Place your lid on top. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low 4-6 hours.
When cooked through, shred chicken.
Place on top of noodles or mashed cauliflower. Serve with desired sides. I topped ours with dried parsely and red pepper flakes.
