Finely chop your onion and jalapeno.
In a large skillet place your butter and melt over medium heat.
Add onion and jalapeno to the skillet. Allow to cook until soft.
Add the garlic and the seasonings. Allow to cook for a couple minutes.
Once soft, add heavy cream.
Bring to a simmer and add cubes of cream cheese.
Whisk until melted.
Add the shredded cheese.
Whisk until melted.
Once the cheese is incorporated, slowly add in some unsweetened almond milk until it is the consistency you want.
Mine magically changes color because I tasted it and added the chili powder and smoked paprika.
After the seasonings are added and whisked in, this is what it looks like.
Top with desired toppings.
