The Easiest Trim Healthy Mama Fuel Pull- Low Carb Alfredo Sauce

Servings 2 People

Ingredients

  • 1 C Low-fat Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 C Allmond Milk I used 3/4 a cup, 1/2 Cup should keep it thicker
  • 1/3 C Parmesan Cheese I just used the kind in the container, not shredded
  • 1/2 t Pepper
  • 1/2 t Salt
  • 1/2-1 t Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 t Italian Seasoning

Optional: Meat, Veggie, Red Pepper Flakes, More Parmesan Cheese for topping

    Instructions

    • Cook pasta and drain.
    • Add your sauce ingredients to a blender, I used a generic version of a bullet.
    • Blend until smooth.
    • I added 1/4 of a cup of additional unsweetened almond milk to get the rest of the sauce out of the blender cup. It didn't really do much.
    • I had the chicken and spinach in my saucepan heating up. And then added the sauce. I cooked the sauce until it was warm/hot, but not boiling.
    • Once heated, remove from heat.
    • Pour over your pasta. Top with any toppings desired.
