- 1 C Low-fat Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 C Allmond Milk I used 3/4 a cup, 1/2 Cup should keep it thicker
- 1/3 C Parmesan Cheese I just used the kind in the container, not shredded
- 1/2 t Pepper
- 1/2 t Salt
- 1/2-1 t Garlic Powder
- 1/2 t Italian Seasoning
Optional: Meat, Veggie, Red Pepper Flakes, More Parmesan Cheese for topping
