High Protein, Low Calorie, Trim Healthy Mama FP Pink Pasta Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 C Marinara of Choice
  • 1 C Low-Fat Cottage Cheese

Ingredients for extra flavor: Parmesan Cheese, Nutritional Yeast, Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning, etc

    Instructions

    • Boil Pasta of Choice- Heat up Meat of Choice. Gather everything for sauce.
    • In a blender (or blender cup) place marinara and cottage cheese. Blend. Taste. Add a little of the extra seasonings if desired. I used a little of the ones mentioned.
    • Gently (over a low to a low-medium heat) heat the sauce. Once it's warm, toss ingredients. I added the sauce to the pan I heated the chicken tenders to. Add the pasta and coated the pasta with the sauce.
    • Serve with a little extra parmesan cheese and dried parsely, if desired.
