Melt the butter and peanut butter together. If your peanut butter is too firm, it will be hard to mix in. Add sweetener.
Quick tip. My local store didn't have any powdered sweetener so I used my coffee grinder to make some powdered sweetener.
Add the peanut flour. Stir to combine.
Add salt and vanilla and stir. I did this in small batches to make sure everything was mixed together well.
Finally, mix in the almond and coconut flours. Mix well.
I lined an 8x8 pan with saran wrap. I lined it lengthwise, both ways, so I could wrap the peanut butter base completely. Press as evenly and as flat as possible.
Store in fridge.
In a microwave safe container, melt chocolate. I reduced the power to 60% at 40 second intervals. Continue until the chocolate is melted.
I added some sweetener and stirred until smooth.
Pour on top of the peanut butter and chill.
Cut into desired sized pieces.
I think I ended up with 12 pieces.
