In a blender add the milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and oats. Blend a little. Add the vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, and protein powder. Taste. Add extra sweetener if needed.
Pour the mixture into 4 different containers. If desired, stir in chopped bananas. Sprinkle with a little nutmeg and/or cinnamon if desired.
In a skillet put the brown swerve. When it's melted add the sliced bananas. Cook for a few minutes and flip. Be careful so they don't break.
When your bananas look like this, remove from the heat.
Carefully pour the liquid from the skillet into the 4 containers.
Carefully divide the cooked bananas on top of the containers. If using, add 1 tablespoon of the walnuts next to the bananas.
Store in the fridge. Top with spray whipped cream if desired.
