BBQ Pork Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Lb Pork Tenderloin
  • 3/4 t Salt
  • 1/2 t Pepper
  • 1/2 t Onion Powder
  • 3/4 t Garlic Powder
  • 3/4 t Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 t Chili Powder
  • Sugar-free BBQ sauce

Instructions

  • Season pork with the seasoning. Cook on low about 4 hours.
  • Remove pork and shred, dice the meat into desired size pieces.
  • Add the amount of BBQ sauce you want. I used at least 1/4 cup.
  • Serve as desired. We had tacos the first night.
