Line a px13 pan with parchment paper. I used a sheet pan. Brush the low carb wrap with the oil.
Bake at 375 for 5-10 minutes. You don't want it to be completely brown, but mostly brown.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter and add brown sugar substitute.
Boil for 5 minutes. Add vanilla and salt.
Pour on top of the prepped low carb wrap. Bake for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle the top with chocolate chips. Allow the dessert to cool a few minutes. Then with an off-set spatula, carefully spread the chocolate chips on top. Sprinkle with desired toppings. Cut or break into desired pieces.
