Cilantro Lime Coleslaw- Trim Healthy Mama FP

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Package Bagged Coleslaw
  • 1/2 t Salt
  • 1/2 t Pepper
  • 1/2 t Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 t Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 Bunch Cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4-1/2` C Chopped Onion
  • 2 T Mayonnaise
  • 2 T Blended Cottage Cheese
  • 2 T Lime Juice
  • 1 T Apple Cider Vinegar

Optional: Small amount of sweetener and 1 chopped jalapeno

Instructions

  • Combine everything in a bowl and mix to combine. Taste and adjust as needed. I also pick out the big pieces of cabbage.
  • Serve as desired.
