In a large skillet over medium heat, add some olive oil. Add the onion and bell pepper. Cook until cooked to your liking. I wanted mine almost completely cooked.
Add garlic and seasonings.
Add your coleslaw and cook for a few minutes. If you have any large pieces of cabbage, cut them into smaller pieces.
Add your kielbasa to the skillet and cook for a few minutes. Add the boursin cheese.
Stir until melted through.
We served ours on top of mashed veggies.
