- 8 oz Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 T Minced Garlic
- 1/2 C Heavy Cream
- 1/2- 1/14 C Chicken Broth or Water
- 1/2 C Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 C Shredded Mozzarella
- 2 oz Cream Cheese You can use 1/3 less fat
- 8 oz Package of Baby Spinach Long stems removed if desired
- 1 t Salt
- 1/2 t Pepper
