In a large skillet over medium heat add olive oil. Sauté onion and bell pepper. When they are close to as done as you want them, add the minced garlic.
Add the sausage and cook for a few minutes.
Add the cabbage/coleslaw to the skillet. If you have too much and it overflows, it will cook down. Add it in stages if you need to.
After it cooks for about 5 minutes, add the canned tomatoes.
Stir and cook until it is done as well as you like it. Add the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and the Worcestershire sauce. Taste it and salt and pepper to taste.
Stir until melted, combined, and creamy.
Serve hot.
