Crockpot Beef Fajitas

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Lb Sirloin steak
  • 1/2-1 Pck Frozen Bell peppers and onions
  • 1 Lime
  • 2 t Salt
  • 1 t Pepper
  • 1-2 t Chili Powder
  • 1-2 t Ground Cumin
  • 1 t Onion Powder
  • 1 t Garlic Powder
  • 1 t Smoked Paprika

Instructions

  • Place sirloin in crockpot base. Sprinkle on seasoning. Top with onions and peppers. Juice lime on top. Cook for high 4-5 hours or low 6-8 hours.
  • If desired remove steak and slice into strips. I did this to make sure it was cooked in time.
  • If desired remove strips and cut into smaller pieces.
  • Place back into the crockpot to finish cooking and get a bit more tender.
  • Serve as desired.
