Crockpot Pizza Bowls

Equipment

  • Crockpot

Ingredients

  • Frozen cooked meatballs, enough to cover the bottom of the crockpot You can also use browned Italian sausage and/or hamburger
  • Pepperoni, cut in half I used most of the bag
  • 1/2 - 1 Bag of frozen peppers 1-2and onions
  • 24 oz Jar of Marinara
  • 1-2 C Shredded Cheese, mozzarella, or a blend

Optional add-ins: Olives, mushrooms, jalapenos, banana peppers, etc.

Instructions

  • Place your meat and sauce in the crockpot. Add any seasonings and the peppers and onions. Stir.
  • I added my mushrooms and olives a couple hours later (not sure why)
  • Cook until hot and bubbly and add the cheese (I don't like to overcook cheese) but you can add whenever you want.
  • I place the lid back on and cook a little bit longer.
  • Serve as desired.
