Place chicken in crockpot. Place onion and peppers on top. Drain pineapple and pour on top.
Mix together everything else and pour on top.
Cook on low 5-7 hours or high 3-5. When chicken is cooked through, remove chicken and cut or shred.
Stir back into the crockpot. Serve on top of desired rice.
We topped with a little green onion, sesame seeds, and siracha.
