Equipment

  • Waffle Maker

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C Egg Whites
  • 1/2 C Oats
  • 1/2 C Cottage Cheese
  • 2 Pinches Salt
  • 1 t Vanilla, optional
  • 1/2 t Baking Powder

Instructions

  • Blend everything together in a blender, I used a small blender.
  • Pour into your lightly sprayed waffle maker. Cook until finished.
  • Serve as desired
