Easy High Protein, Sugar-free Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C Oats
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder
  • 1-2 T Chia and/or Flax Seeds
  • 3/4 C Milk of Choice
  • 1/4 C Non-fat Greek Yogurt Optional
  • Any add-ins desired, in the pictures here I used blueberries

Instructions

  • Add everything to a jar, mix with a chopstick (not necessary but it's perfect for this)
  • Store in the fridge
  • Ready to eat the next morning.
