Ingredients

  • 2 L Tomatoes Or 5 smaller tomatoes
  • 1 L White Onion, peeled
  • 3 M Jalapenos, stems cut off
  • 1/4-1/2 Bunch Cilantro, depending on how you like cilantro
  • 1 T Cumin
  • Salt to taste start with 1/2 t, he thinks he uses 1 full tsp.
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  • Boil tomatoes, onion, and jalepeno until the tomatoes start to crack.
