Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2-3 Bell Peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 L Onion, thinly sliced
  • 4-8 oz Mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 5 Wedges Light Laughing Cow Cheese
  • 2 t Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1/2 t Pepper
  • 6 Slices Provolone Cheese
  • 6 Joesph's Pitas

Instructions

  • Thinly slice your veggies and meat.
  • I add my bell peppers to my skillet first, because I want them to be really cooked. But you can add onions and peppers together. In a large skillet add the bell peppers.
  • After a few minute add your onion.
  • After a few minutes add the mushrooms.
  • When veggies are almost done, add sirloin and seasonings.
  • When cooked, drain if there is liquid. Add Worcestershire sauce and light laughing cow cheese.
  • When done, it should look like this. Not pretty, but it's tastey.
  • Take pitas and lay flat. Tear provolone in half and place half on the pita as shown in the picture. Use about 1/6th of the recipe on half of each pita.
  • Fold in half. Spray either the skillet of the pita. Place in skillet. Flip once crisp.
  • Serve as desired.
