Ingredients

  • 5 Servings Golden potatoes, chopped
  • 1 1/2 C Cottage cheese, use the milkfat % that you want

Instructions

  • Boil Potatoes until tender.
  • Drain and mash. Add cottage cheese, if you want them to really blend in, make sure you blend the cottage cheese. Add seasonings to taste.
  • Serve as desired.
