Place your trivet in your instant pot. Pour in your cup of water.
Carefully place your eggs on top of the trivet.
Place the lid on top and lock in place. Make sure the steam valve is in the closed position. Set the time to 6 minutes manual.
When the 6 minutes of cooking are up, allow to naturally vent for 6 minutes.
When the 6 minutes are over, move the vent to release any pressure. When the pressure is released, remove the lid. Take out your eggs and place in a bowl of cold water.
When your eggs are cool enough, peel and then enjoy.
