Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2-2 Lb Chicken Breasts or Thighs
  • 1/3 C Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 M-L Lemon, zested
  • 1 M-L Lemon Juiced
  • 2 T Minced Garlic
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1/2 t Pepper
  • 1 1/2 t Onion Powder
  • 1 1/2 t Garlic Powder
  • 3/4 t Smoked Paprika
  • 1 t Italian Seasoning
  • 4 T Butter, cut into pieces

Instructions

  • Place chicken in the bottom of the crockpot. Mix together chicken broth, lemon zest, lemon juice, and garlic. Pour on top of the chicken. Mix seasonings together and sprinkle on top. Place chunked butter on top.
  • Cook on low for 5-6 hours or high 3-4. Squeeze extra lemon juice on top if desired.
  • Serve as desired.
