Low Carb Baked Ham

Ingredients

  • 5-8 Lb Spiral Sliced Ham
  • 1/2 C Water
  • 1/4 C Dijon Mustard
  • 1 C Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 2 T Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 t Cinnamon
  • 1/2 t Nutmeg
  • 1/2 t Ginger

Instructions

  • Combine all of the glaze ingredients in a small saucepan (not too small or it will boil over.
  • Cook and stir over medium heat until the sugar substitute dissolves.
  • If you are using a roaster, place a rack inside. Set the temperature to 375 degrees. Place your ham inside the roaster. Brush on some of the glaze. Place the lid on top. Every 5 minutes remove the lid and brush the glaze on all of the ham you can reach. Repeat this until the glaze has been used up. When your ham has reached 110 degrees, approximately 10-14 minutes per pound. Remove from the roaster and allow to rest for about 10-15 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
