Low Carb Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Lbs Chicken Wings Remove any pin feathers that might have been left on the wings
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbl Baking Powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 Degrees
  • Line your sheet pan with parchment paper. If you use foil, spray your foil so your wings don't stick.
  • Put all of your seasonings in a bowl and mix them together.
  • Take your chicken wings and place them on your pan. Sprinkle seasonings on top of the wings.
  • Bake for 25 minutes per side.
  • Serve them with ranch or bleu cheese and veggies.
